Where is the Wellness Centre?

When is the Wellness Centre open?

24/7 365 days a year.

How much does a membership cost?

$15.00 per month for ARHCC employees, $20 a month for non-ARHCC employees and spouses.

Who can join?

All ARHCC staff, subsidiaries, volunteers and spouses.

May children of ARHCC Fitness members join the Fitness Centre?

No, they may not join the Fitness Centre and all children, of any age, are not allowed in the Fitness Centre.

How do I pay for a membership?

All FHA full-time and part-time staff pay through monthly payroll deductions. All other staff pay by online credit card processing.

Membership sign-up is currently suspended due to COVID-19.

How do I access the gym?

Your swipe card will be given access. Access is managed by the ARHCC Wellness Committee and Intercon Security.

Where do I submit my membership application and dues?

Membership applications are now handled online and dues are either processed through payroll deductions, or via online credit card payment.

How do I obtain a swipe card for my spouse?

Once they have signed up for a membership online, they will receive a confirmation email with a link to download the Spousal Access Request Form and Photo ID Application. Once received, print, fill out, sign and date the forms and take to the Intercon Security office on 2nd Floor, Emergency.

Note: Spouses do not need a new swipe card if they are renewing.

Do I pay for parking when I come to workout?

YES, just as you would as if you were coming to work. Monthly passes are valid anytime, if you do not have a monthly pass, daily rates apply.

Can I bring in my own Personal Trainer in the Wellness Centre?

No, all trainers must be approved first through the ARHCC Wellness Committee. For a current list of approved trainers and rates, please see the poster in the Wellness Centre or email manager@arhccwellness.ca

Are the fitness classes included in my membership?

All fitness classes are no extra charge . Please see schedule under the schedule tab on this website. (Note: all schedules are subject to change without notice).

How do I cancel my membership?

Are there lockers/change rooms available for use?

Yes, there are both male and females change rooms with shower, washrooms and lockers. (Note: lockers are only available for use during the time of your workout. No overnight storage please.)

How long will it take for my membership to become active?

After completion of the online membership application, an ARHCC Wellness Member Access Request application form will be emailed to you at the email address provided. Once received, please print, fill out, sign and date the form and take to the Intercon Security office on 2nd Floor, Emergency.

If no one is available in the security office, please place under the door for processing. Any questions, please email registration@arhccwellness.ca
