Class Descriptions

When taking one of our classes please let your instructor know if you are:

  • New to exercise / group exercise
  • Pre/post natal
  • Suffering from any health conditions
  • Recovering from injury
  • Any other information that you feel the instructor should know.

ABT (Abs, Butt & Thighs)
ABT is an intense lower body conditioning workout for toning those challenging areas. If you are looking for a workout that will shape and tone those problem areas, this is the class for you. It will challenge your muscles to work like they have never worked before and will leave you feeling it for days. This class gives you a workout designed to STRENGTHEN, TIGHTEN AND TONE.

Spin & Strength
Want to get your cardio and strength covered in one intense class? An intense 45 min class that challenges your cardio and strength training all in one. Half the class will be doing strength circuit as the other half spins…then switching up to ensure a strength and cardio burn.

Power Yoga
Strengthen body and mind in this 45-minute power yoga class. This class includes power-based yoga sequences using free weights/body weight and intentional mindful movement geared towards energizing/stabilizing body and mind.

Strength Circuit
Circuits designed around all kinds of strength training using body weights, hand weights, medicine balls, and you name it. This class focuses on getting a good muscle burn that will help you burn calories for hours after your workout.

H.I.T. (High Intensity Training)
HIT is designed to either kick start your training or kick it up a couple notches. Designed for a full-body workout including strength, core and cardio – there will be a wide variety from class to class so you’ll never get bored. This class is for those that really want to HIT their training goals and kick them into high gear, making every workout count! Come give it a try and guaranteed you will walk away feeling proud of what you accomplished (not to mention a good calorie burn).

Mindful Meditation
Explore the practice of yoga in ways that you may have not before. This class is a combination of functional movement, Hatha yoga and mindfulness, designed to support you in deepening the mind-body connection, while improving your body’s functionality and form. The last 10-15 minutes will be reserved for stillness which will allow you to step into a place of wholeness, wholeheartedness, and one of profound connection and healing, moment by moment.
